The four-point contact ball slewing bearing is a type of slewing bearing with a special structure, whose core feature is that the rolling elements (steel balls) form four contact points with the raceways of the inner and outer rings.
Specifically, the bearing usually consists of two race rings, and the raceway is designed in an arc shape. When subjected to axial loads or overturning moments, the steel balls will simultaneously contact the raceways of the inner and outer rings at four points, enabling it to bear large axial loads, radial loads and overturning moments at the same time.

Ball/roller material: GCr15
Cage material: steel 20 or ZL102 cast aluminum alloy
Spacer material: nylon 6 / nylon 66

VKUKEN Four point contact ball slewing bearing composed of inner ring, outer ring, rolling element and isolation block. The steel ball is in contact with the arc raceway at four points, and can withstand the combined load of axial force, radial force and overturning moment at the same time. According to the needs of customers, the ring gear with toothless, internal or external teeth can be selected respectively, which is more convenient to install and use. If higher speeds are required, a structure with a disc cage can also be used. There are usually three series: 0.11, 012, and 0.13.
